2. Standard Shipping:
   We use Sendle for standard shipping whenever possible. When you choose Sendle at checkout, you will receive an estimated delivery time. Sendle boasts a compliance rate of 94% for on-time deliveries, with ‘late’ being considered as delivery occurring more than 2 days after the estimated date. While we aim for timely deliveries, please remember that we are reliant on Sendle’s performance, and the provided shipping times are estimates.

Pickup and Local Delivery Options:

• Pickup: You can opt to pick up your items at vendor events that we participate in.
• Local Delivery: For customers on the Brisbane Northside, local delivery can be arranged via Instagram. This is the most reliable way to ensure timely receipt of your items.
