Returns:
At BoostLabs, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, we only accept returns for items that have not been used. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The 3M backing on the strips must not be used.
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return meets these conditions, please contact us to initiate the return process.
Refunds for Defective Items:
We offer a 30-day refund policy for defective items. If you find a defect within this period, please contact us immediately. We will either refund the purchase price or offer a replacement, depending on your preference and our stock availability.
After 30 Days:
For defects reported after 30 days, we generally aim to replace or repair the defective items. Please contact our customer service team to discuss your options.
How to Initiate a Return or Warranty Claim:
To start a return or warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the product you wish to return or claim. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary return shipping information.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
